Plan Your Day

Food and drink

The polo is the perfect opportunity to gather a few friends, pack a picnic and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Check out our guide to packing the perfect picnic for the polo.

If you fancy something a little more substantial why not book a table for lunch in The White Horse our polo themed pub on the course. There will also be a selection and food and drink outlets are also available within the general admission area which overlooks the polo pitch.

If you are looking for an extra special experience, we have our exclusive hospitality marquee, ideal for entertaining clients and colleagues on semi finals day or an extra special day out for the family on finals day.

If you are interested in dining in our hospitality marquee please call the team on 01244 304 631 or click here>.

Gates open at 11.30am for hospitality guests are asked to arrive at around midday. The first match takes place at 2.30pm and the second at 4pm. We advise spectators to pitch up early to guarantee a good spot.

Car parking: Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the polo pitch, at no additional cost. For those with hospitality badges, a designated car park is available a short distance from the marquee.
