On semi-finals day guests will be greeted with a champagne reception in our luxurious marquee. Once seated all will be welcomed and given a brief introduction to the game of polo by our compare for the day. A three course lunch will then be served with wine at 1pm before the first match commences at 2:30pm. Badges for the hospitality marquee will be available soon.
Gates open at 11.30am for hospitality guests are asked to arrive at around midday. The first match takes place at 2.30pm and the second at 4pm. We advise spectators to pitch up early to guarantee a good spot.
Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the polo pitch, at no additional cost. For those with hospitality badges, a designated car park is available a short distance from the marquee.
If you fancy something a little more substantial than a picnic why not book a table for lunch in The White Horse our polo themed pub on the course. There will also be a selection and food and drink outlets are also available within the general admission area which overlooks the polo pitch.

General Admission ticket holders and spectators are advised to dress for the weather, whereas guests to the hospitality tent are asked to adhere to smart casual attire, gentlemen are required to bring a jacket or blazer for the hospitality tent, strictly no trainers.
